➢聚乳酸发泡原理：聚乳酸发泡是采用物理发泡制备泡沫，其原理是利用物理发泡剂在一定的温度和压力下与聚乳酸充分混合达到平衡饱和，随后发泡气体与聚乳酸熔体的混合物经历热力学状态和改变，饱和的气体分子从熔体中逸出，得到具有一定孔尺寸和密度的泡体结构，从而形成聚乳酸泡沫。

➢聚乳酸挤出发泡片材的发泡倍率10~40倍，10~20倍的可生产餐盒、托盘，20~40倍的可用于减震包装。

➢目前国内做的比较好的是广东碧佳材料科技有限公司，其材料熔体强度高，适合挤出发泡工艺，其产品广泛应用于一次性发泡餐盒、托盘，内胆缓冲包装等。

➢我国是农业大国，目前每年地膜投入量约为150万吨，地膜覆盖面积超过3.5亿亩，农田残膜率达40%左右。地膜的降解周期一般为200～300年。农田中地膜残留长期积累，会影响土质和农作物产量。

➢研究表明，土壤中残膜含量 58.5kg/hm2 时，使玉米减产 11％~23％，小麦减产9％～16％，大豆减产 5.5％～9％，蔬菜减产 14.6％~59.2％。

➢国家标准《GB/T35795—2017全生物降解农用地面覆盖薄膜》。

➢从长期使用的角度考虑，人们尝试将PLA改性，应用到电子电器产品、办公自动化、通讯材料和汽车内饰品等领域。如日本富士康公司用聚碳酸酯（PC）改性PLA，得到的PLA/PC共混物注塑成制品，在电脑键盘和电脑外壳及随身听外壳、DVD面板和光盘等方面应用。

➢经过改性后的PLA，具有良好的耐冲性、耐热性、刚性和阻燃性等性能，已广泛用于制造电脑部件、手提笔记本外壳、手机零部件、影碟机壳体、光盘及家电零部件、汽车配件等。PLA与其他树脂、无机材料等材料可进行多元共混复合，生产成具有物理性能优异的新的塑料 合金 ，这些材料的特性在抗静电、尺寸稳定性、撕裂强度、压缩强度、拉伸强度、抗冲击强度等方面都具有优良的特性，是较为理想的新型环保合成材料。
